Gregory J. Spalasso, is founder and principle of the San Francisco Bay Area based Architecture Planning Construction firm of Gregory Preston Development Group. Gregory established his firm in 2000 with the goals of designing, planning and building high quality, custom homes that inspire the owners and providing excellent client service. Through his guidance the firm has developed a strong body of distinctive work, ranging from high-end custom residential projects for private clients to Gregory Preston Signature Speculative Residences. Gregory built his successful practice by focusing on the lifestyle needs of his clients so that his homes are not only beautiful and timeless, but are also a joy to live in. He is dedicated to making himself available to his clients and to building close working relationships with each one.
